Clinical Standards & Prescribing Policy
At BioDesign Men’s Clinic, strength means discipline, and discipline starts with doing things the right way. We believe in results driven by science, guided by licensed medical professionals, and grounded in integrity. Our Clinical Standards and Prescribing Policy reflects that commitment.
BioDesign Men’s Clinic
At BioDesign Men’s Clinic, we operate with one standard: medical integrity first.
Every treatment we provide is rooted in clinical evaluation, diagnostic testing, and physician oversight. We are a medical clinic, not a performance lab, not a bodybuilding resource, and not a provider of recreational enhancement therapies.
This page outlines our prescribing standards, clinical boundaries, and regulatory commitments.
Our Medical Model
All prescription therapies offered through BioDesign Men’s Clinic are provided only after:
- A comprehensive medical intake
- Physician review
- Appropriate laboratory testing
- Determination of medical necessity
Treatment decisions are individualized and based on documented clinical need, not cosmetic goals, competitive athletics, or recreational performance enhancement.
Bodybuilding & Athletic Enhancement Policy
BioDesign Men’s Clinic does not prescribe testosterone, hormone therapies, peptides, or any other medication for the purpose of:
- Bodybuilding
- Competitive athletic enhancement
- Cosmetic muscle gain
- Recreational physique optimization
- Performance enhancement without documented medical necessity
We comply with all applicable federal and Florida state laws regarding hormone and prescription therapies, including regulations governing anabolic steroids and related substances.
Any implication that our services are intended for bodybuilding or non-medical athletic enhancement is inconsistent with our clinical standards and prescribing practices.
Hormone Therapy Standards
Therapies involving hormones, including but not limited to:
- Testosterone
- hCG (Pregnyl)
- Enclomiphene
- Anastrozole
are prescribed solely for patients with clinically verified hormonal deficiencies or medically indicated conditions.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy and related protocols are not prescribed for the sole purpose of increasing muscle mass, improving gym performance, or enhancing athletic ability.
All hormone therapy is administered under licensed medical supervision with ongoing monitoring and laboratory follow-up.
